What to expect ...
We meet every Sunday at 10.30am to praise God, speak to Him in prayer and hear what He has to say to us. You will receive a warm welcome from our Welcome Team who will be able to answer your questions and help you find a seat. Don't forget to pick up your monthly copy of Grange News to find out what's going on throughout the month and grab a Bible on your way in. Our Sunday Services typically last 90 minutes and include a mix of modern and traditional songs led by a small contemporary worship group, times of prayer, the Bible reading and the main Bible talk. We are convinced that when God’s word is faithfully proclaimed, it is the power of God for the salvation and spiritual growth of all who believe in Christ Jesus as Lord (Romans 1:16-17), so we ensure that clear and engaging preaching from the Bible is the focal point of our gatherings.
What if I'm running late? If you arrive late, it's ok. We aim to start on time but we always leave seats at the back for latecomers.
Do I need to bring anything? No, just yourselves! If you have a Bible, it's a good idea to bring it with you but don't worry if you don't have one or forget, as we have plenty of spare Bibles you can use. If you like to make notes during the Bible talk, it might be a good idea to remember a notebook and pen too.
What about my children? See our dedicated page for what to expect on Sundays for Families.
What happens after the service? Do stay after the service, we'd love to get to know you! We enjoy sharing a time of refreshments together, served in the church hall, as we catch up with one other, make new friends and encourage one another in our Christian faith with what we've just heard preached from God's Word.
Is there a dress code? No! Come in whatever you feel comfortable wearing. Most people are pretty casual.
What about accessibility? There is wheelchair access, and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. Please let one of the Welcome Team know on your arrival and they will help you to get set up. There are disabled toilets in the main foyer.
Will I have to join in? Not at all! You are free to simply observe or participate as much as feels comfortable for you.
Where can I park? There is free parking available in the church car park and on the surrounding roads.
Do I need to bring any money? You're not expected to bring any money with you. Our regulars do contribute to church funds, but visitors are our guests.
I'd like to check out a past sermon before coming - where can I do that? Check out our Sermon Archive to watch past sermons or head to our YouTube page to see live-streamed sermons as they are preached.
We look forward to welcoming you! If you have any questions about our Sunday Services or anything else, we will be happy to help. Please Contact Us for more information.
